RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returns must be authorized by email, daisymcquain.com. Daisymcquain does not offer refunds once you have received your order. Returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your order to be eligible for exchange or a store credit. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer. All sales are final on all footwear and sale items.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY:
In the event that an item you have purchased goes on sale, daisy mcquain offers a one-time price adjustment on your order, under the following conditions:
-Price adjustment requests must be made within 7 days of your order being placed
-The same style and size must be in stock at the time of your price adjustment request
-The price difference will be issued to your account as store credit
All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for cost of shipping for returns/exchanges on undamaged items and if the customer rejects a package they are responsible for all additional shipping costs incurred. Returns are eligible only for store credit. Select items are not eligible for store credit returns, including but not limited to jewelry and eye wear. All items sold at a discounted price are final sale. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. Daisy Mcquain reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the landed price prior to purchase completion. International credit cards will be charged in accordance with applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. If a customs charge is refused by the customer and Daisy Mcquain is responsible for the shipping of the product back, the charge will come out of the customers refund.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within a 24 hour window from ordering and a full refund less a 15% restocking fee will be issued after the cancellation. Refunds will not be issued to customers requesting order cancellations after the 24hour window. All requested cancellations will result in a 15% restocking fee without exception.
